Hi, my name is Chris Schulte. I’m the one you’ll contact for your warranty needs. We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible. There are many things covered under our limited warranty and we would encourage you to familiarize yourself with it prior to making a request. We have a special link in the green box to the right, where you can download and print the entire warranty document as well as the request form. All requests must be made in writing unless it is an emergency. At your walk-through you were given a sticker that has additional emergency contact numbers. If your emergency falls within any of those categories, please call the responsible party directly. If you are unable to reach anyone and this is a true emergency, please use the yellow pages, and then contact us during regular business hours.
