How long does it take to build a new home in Alaska?

Most new home builds take 6-8 months to complete. Custom builds take longer and take around 9-12 months to finish up. During the longer custom process our team will keep you updated every step of the way with realistic and transparent communication.

Before closing, lenders re-verify documents; we conduct your home orientation/walkthrough to review systems and care. After move-in, warranty teams handle requests and provide maintenance resources.
